What if my child arrives late to school?

A late-arriving student must go directly to the main office to pick up a tardy admittance slip. We require students to give the slip to the teacher for classroom admittance.

When a student is late or absent, it not only disrupts the late student’s learning, but it disrupts all students’ learning as well as the classroom teacher. Academic success for all depends on excellent attendance by all; therefore, it is critical that all families make every effort to ensure students are in class daily and on time.
